Shipping & Returns

Delivery of plants is restricted to New Zealand only. Minimum plant order is $24 excluding freight.

Post and packaging costs for plants are (incl GST):
Northland- $9;
Auckland- $10;

Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island- $23;
Rest of North Island- $13;
South Island-$22.

Only pre-paid orders are accepted.

To the best of our knowledge, all plants are correctly named and described.

We endeavour to send your order within 2 weeks - please note that weather patterns can cause delay in the availability of plants, especially for early spring. Orders are sent early in the week to ensure they arrive before the weekend. If there are any problems arising that means your order may be delayed, we will send you an email or note explaining the circumstances. I can fit up to 15 punnets or 25 herbs per box. I mix and match to save your freight where possible.

Whilst all care is taken in packing and despatching by us, we cannot be responsible for damage in transit. Please refer problems to the courier in any such instance-they will supply a claim form if required.
